Conditions treated

  • I offer individualized, holistic acupuncture treatments, which aim to treat each person as a whole and to accompany them towards physical and emotional well-being.

  • I take the time to understand each patient’s situation before proposing a treatment plan.

  • In addition to the primary health concern, I am interested in the patient's prior health conditions, temperament, lifestyle, and social and natural living environment.

  • I treat multiple health conditions that affect men, women and children of all ages. Reproductive health and mental health are two fields that I am particularly passionate about.

Hormonal Health

Acupuncture is a treatment of choice for various gynecological conditions, and offers natural relief for many gynecological and hormonal symptoms, such as painful periods, hot flashes and insomnia due to menopause. From puberty to menopause and in between, acupuncture  can provide an easier transition between each hormonal phase, and can lead to lasting hormonal balance. I treat menstrual difficulties such as irregular cycles, endometriosis, fibroids and premenstrual syndrome.

I treat male and female infertility and symptoms related to perimenopause (pain, bloating, mood swings, night sweats, insomnia, hot flashes, anxiety, and more). In addition, I offer treatments during pregnancy and postpartum.

Mental Health

I am also passionate about mental health. Acupuncture and other areas of Chinese medicine offer powerful, non-pharmacological, side-effect-free tools to promote well-being and restore emotional balance. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress management, exhaustion (or burn-out), compulsions, addictions and insomnia.

General Health

Used preventively, acupuncture can help avoid imbalances that can lead to health problems. Acupuncture is also effective in treating various ailments and conditions. Below, you will find a partial list of health conditions treated with acupuncture.

In Quebec, Acupuncture is taught exclusively at the Collège de Rosemont in Montreal. One must also be a member of the Quebec Order of Acupuncturists to practice legally.
